β Experience Requirement:
- At least 1 year of teaching or research experience in the relevant field after obtaining the postgraduate degree.
- Experience should be from a recognized University, College, or Research Institute.
π Educational Qualification
To apply for the Assistant Professor (Microbiology) post, candidates must meet the following academic qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Microbiology from a recognized university under the Central or State Act or an institution deemed to be a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in Microbiology with a first class or equivalent grade at either:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) level AND
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) level in Microbiology, Applied Microbiology, or related fields.
